I took my Truck there to be looked at it was making a sound in the transmission area when I got up to about 40mph it sounded like metal on metal I told them all the problem signs I was having the feeling under my feet and they discussed the transmission with me I left my truck there and went to work they called me with an estimate and I said ok all the time thinking we were talking about my transmission being that is were the sound was. Come to find out they replaced something in the rear axel!
I came in for transmission problems I came to a transmission specialist for a reason and they never even looked at the transmission! You could see it leaking and they had the nerve to tell me oh that is normal! Uh no it is not! And once I was standing under it I could see were there was a cover missing the idiot there looks at me and says oh ya that might be your problem after I am done I will drop the trans and see what is wrong NOOO! I dont have money for that also.
I brought it in for transmission work and was under the impression that is what they were doing. They tried to tell me I told them the noise was in the rear tire when I had never head any noise coming from there. They screwed me and now I still dont have a truck that is still not fixed and I dont have the money to fix and they are acting as if it is my fault. They have the nerve to tell me they did and inspection and never saw a problem with the transmission and in the same sentence tell me they never looked at the transmission
