Were dose one begin, well, most of us all ready know the truth about trucking companies, that is those of us that have worked for one. All the big and wonderful things they all say about pay, equipment, home time, x-pay.
Let me start with this, "were a model company, in a model state", the only problem with this statement is in this case, coming from "spirit express trucking"is that this is a state of delusion! It is hard to say what drives people to need or require power, but in this case i would have to say it is the feeling of inadequacy. It is a sad event when people are employed by a company that they just become a commodity and then find them self a dispensable commodity. This is just what happens at"spirit express trucking". Look, anyone
who has ever work in trucking knows that it is no easy thing, multiple personalities abound, but in trucking this just goes with the job! The problem with this company ranges everything from the feeling of inadequacy to personal venues, and that something taking place is, what is best for some of the office personal to protect them selfs at the expense of those who create their pay checks. Their is only one problem with this objective, commodities will soon be depleted. Trying to build on foundation of "lies, mistrust, misrepresentation, abusiveness, is not only nonproductive idea, but it also only adds insult to injury! For some insane impression this company seems to be self destructing on just this. When people refuse to
admit to them selfs that the malfunctions lies from within and that the
commodities are only has suitable has those who create the situation then the only outcome will not only be disappointing but one of failure.
It should be at this point that the state of "delusion"should no longer be
allowed to control the situation. Has long has this company continues to operate in the state of denial of the delusion, then no progress will ever
be achieved and disappointment and delusion will prevail.
Has long has those in power continue to chose the road of self medication
through the use of remedies of indulgence then the disease will continue
to grow.
