Classic restorations replaced the rear struts on my car. When I went to collect my car I noticed two lights flashing on the dash board and my brake pedal nearly went all the way to the floor. I drew mr harrys attention to the problem. He checked and said it must have got broke when they changed the strut. He said it was no big deal and bring the following morning and he would take care of it. The following day I had to cancel do to work, and I cancelled several other appointments, I brought the car back on the 4th of may and I had since discovered they had removed the rear seats in order to replace the struts and forgot to wash their hands and left foot prints on the rear floor carpets. Mr harry phoned me several hours later and told me the had to come from the dealer and cost $300 plus labor. I told him this had nothing to do with me as his shop broke the sensor. He changed his whole story and the sensor broke due to wear and tear. I took my car back and brought it to another repair shop and they comfirmed that whoever replaced the strut failed to isolate the sensor and in the process broke the sensor. I want these people to pay for my car to be repaired by another shop who know what they are doing and hav my rear seats and floor cleaned professionally. Sincerly Aidan Brocklebank.
