This property manager is clueless to tenants rights, or he thinks all tenants are stupid. Not only does he treat the tenants badly but he is known to take total advantage of the people that work for him. And the company. I belive the only way he will learn to be a better manager and treat people with respect is to be sued (PERSONALLY).
