Outgoing calls seem to work fine, but incoming calls seem to be dropping. They will ring once, maybe twice and when answered, nothing but dead air. I've spent almost SIX hours at different times online with tech support, but no progress has been made. Turning off my firewall and/or my anti-virus is an unacceptable solution.
