Frauds sent me someone elses broken junk couldnt get a return on my cash or proper purchase

I was robbed by this fraud of a so called self proclaimed (tattoo machine builder) from s&s custom irons portland, ME. I SPENT 159$ on what they claim to be a custom tattoo machine. I recieved someone elses return and have not gotten what i paid for or a return
