I was ripped off by cms rebate ctr of del rio texas of $25.00 for the pacquiao vs cotto fight nov 14. I have sent letters of inquiry and recieced no answers. My next step is to file with the texas state attorney generals office. This fight was on hbo-ppv for $55.00 and the rebate offer was made on national tv. Some one is operating a scam in del rio texas.
