Start boycotting these companies that have their tech support or customer service in another country. I was on a 1/2 hour call just to cancel a care plan I got. The last thing I heard was that the woman was going to cancel the care plan, then over 15 minutes of silence. I had to yell several times into the phone to wake her up to find out what the problem was. She tells me that the system is running slow and it is taking longer than usual. Come on, how stupid do you think I am. You're a computer company your system's shouldn't be slow. Asked for her manager and never got to him. Called corporate in Palo Alto and get some woman who was actually in Canada. She transfers me to someone who is supposedly in the United States. When she gets on the line she has some stupid accent and can't be understood that well.By the time I finished my complaint about the customer service I'm sure the stupid woman in India will probably get a promotion and a raise out of this.
BOYCOTT COMPANIES THAT CAN"T DO ALL THEIR BUSINESS IN THE U.S. After this experience I am never buying another HP product again.
