I canceled my order within 30-days and thus had to pay the additional $59.00 for the product, which I did. Now, after months of no contact from this company, I receive a collection letter for two month's of product I never received in the amount of $118.00. The collection agency refuses to give me any information regarding my cancelation of this product; the person originally talked with regarding my cancelation refused to give me a cancelation confirmation number. How do I get the collection agency to release me from this fraudulent company product? Thank you.
