Hi my name is Pram Sharma, and about October I had placed a trial order from the Natural Source Store. Upon Placing the order I waited for couple of months and I never recieved the Product. And shortly thereafter I started recieving call from the collection agency that I have a outstanding balance because I have an active account with the company and the have been shipping their product to me, which I have never recieved, just today, I had a talk to the agent at the collection agency, and I had explained to her that I had talked to a representative at the Natureal source store, and she assured me that she has taken care of my account and has taken me off the call list of the collection agency, I also requested to have them send me a copy of the proof of delivery, instead of helping me solve the problem, I was cut short by my counterpart hanging up on me, could you kindly look into this matter and e mail me at [email protected] thank you
