I unfortunetly have had the same problems with late charges but have paid them with the thought that the mail runs slow and then started paying 2 weeks earlier and have had the same results. We recently moved and I updated my new address on the previous bill. Now 2 months later, I have written to them several times with no response, no bill and afraid that my credit is being ruined.
I don't know where to start but it is pretty scary that more people than myself are going through the same problems.
I have called the Omaha credit center and because my credit card doesn't start with the numbers they have, they can't help me and are not responsible for anything but keep giving me the same Old Bethpage, NY address. Why doesn't someone help us. Give us a place to take care of our bills and save our credit.
Any suggestions would help.
