After 5 years of being a loyal customer I have found myself considering leaving Sprint s service due to the gradual decline in customer service. I called regarding an email issue with my Blackberry Curve and was helped by an Asian woman. When I asked about where she was located after having some difficulty communicating due to her thick accent. She became angry when I asked for someone who spoke English as their primary language. After more frustration I just gave up and called a local Sprint store for help. Sprints outsourcing is just ridiculous if the foreign representatives can't communicate effectively.
