Here is what has happened. On 04/14 i ordered 1/4 lb brick of a product called Honey Blonde Solid Concetrate. This cost me $99.99 plus $9.99 s&h. With any order over $25.00 i was to get a free sample of a different product. On 04/22 i received a box from u.P.S.inside was 1.5 oz of the product i ordered. Mind you i ordered a 1/4 lbs brick (4oz = 1/4 lbs) The product was not brick form. It came in 4 chunks with no free sample products. As you know 1.5 oz is not a q.P. So on 04/23 i called customer service, and explained my order versus what i received. I was told i could exchange my so called back ordered product for something else. But no money back. This is stated in their web site. So i ordered 1oz honey blonde liquid, 1 oz arabic concentrate, and 1oz of jamacian bud and i still wanted my free sample. They took the order. Well here it is 7 dayys later and no pkgs arrived. So to day i tried to call several time but kept getting a msg machine so as of today im afraid ive lost my money.
