Identity theft. Charged my bank acct w/e ck I didn't auth nor order their sevice

I called the customer srvs # that was on my bank statement; spoke with a Ms. Venus. I asked who they were, why they charged me a service fee, that I didn't order their srvs.
I ask for them to credit the money back to my bank account and that I have been getting allot of unaccounted charges from others I did not subscribe to. She give me an e-m address to fraud dept. ([email protected]) and tells me she is not authorized to refund, "it goes through fraud dept." Which I have not heard from anyone.
I ask for a phone # she said, " there isn't one." How can a fraud department not have a contact phone number?
