The hospital staff almost let my little pom. Dog die. We took her there on a Sunday because she was so sick we thought she would die by monday. Well these morans charged us $400 to tell us we had a sick dog. They DID NOTHING to help save her. Just gave her back to us NO pills, NO antibiotic, she had water on her stomach {which means infection} and they took an x-ray charged us $200 for that and then said " ho it is a blur". WE can't see anything on the x-ray pay us any way. Another $200 for some test that did nothing, "Just your tough luck your dog is sick and it looks like she is dieing, will that be cash or charge." So that hospital was a big rip off. So on Monday we took her to a wonderful vet in San Fernando. The first thing he said was "What kind of an idiot doctor would take an x-ray of a dog stomach without draining the water. Of course the X-ray is blured they must have known that " So we knew we had been ripped off By Saugus animal Hospital We also knew we had a vet that cared. Long story short after simple antbiotics he saved her life. She is happy and healthy and jumping around like crazy after a few rounds of antibotic. We contacted Saugus to tell them how they had messed up and could they refund some money as they did nothing to help. We NEVER heard back from them. So stay far far away from this death trap.
