Ecieved bears that i didn't order and now I can't get a hold of anyone to send back and to recieve the state bears I didn't get

I requested the State Quarter Bears that arrived each time the brand new groups were launched. Used to donot recv. 3 condition bears and began calling to discover why given that they had my charge card plus they were immediately billed. I also began recieving additional bears that i requested to not deliver or cost to my card. I've named many times and remaining communications with no you have called me back. Today the telephone number no further works. This really is horrible and this type of fraud to become respresenting the revenue of our National coins. Can somebody please support?
