I submit my resume to this company (FCI, Full Circle International) through Careerbuilder and received a phone call within 1 day from a Beckie. I missed the call, but called her back within 20 minutes. When i called back she seemed rushed and was semi-rude to me over the phone. I asked her what the company was about and she told me that sales werent involved and that it wasnt a commission based position. I was still skeptical but I came in anyways because I was interested in learning more. I kind of got lost when I was on my way and I called beckie. She was EXTREMELY rude in wanting to help me get to the location. It almost seemed as if she didnt want to take the time to help me. When I got into the bldg, the two receptionist handed me an application that looked similar to one I had filled out prior. A guy named Bill Bishop came to grab me for the interview. When he shook my hand, his were sweaty (gross). We walked down the hallway to an office inside of another office. Bill was VERY rushed in our interview. It was almost as if he had said this script to each person he interviewed. It was obvious to me that he must do these interviews daily. He was really rude after I asked all of my questions. It was almost as if he didnt want to answer them. I asked a ton of questions in the interview but the one thing that got me was that the position is still commission based. Beckie LIED. What they pretty much do is go into best buys or sams clubs and set up a table to sell directtv to the customers. Even tho u are offered a base pay, its really commission. Its something they call a draw. They pull one from the other. So its definitely not salary plus commission like beckie had told me. Beckie also told me that it was an in office position, LIE. You are in the stores everyday. Sales are important bc if you dont produce enough leads then you are fired. There is also another office down the hall that does door to door sales. Dont let them fool you and say that the companies are different, bc they are work together. This company is such a scam. Its almost sad. From what i gathered in my few days working there, they are CONSTANTLY hiring and there is a high turnover rate. They advertise the positions as Junior Marketing/Event Coordinator/Entry Level Management and these are all lies. It doesnt involve any of that. I would NEVER work for that company or any company like theirs every again. It was the worst experience. The guy who took me out did nothing but complain about the position and the pay. Its just ridiculous. Just be careful before you get sucked into all of the lies that are told. I should have known to not come in after speaking with beckie. I just hope this helps someone to not be sucked in by the lies told by beckie or bill. I only lasted in the business for about 2 days.in all honesty, i just wanted to get information so that I would know what to be looking for before going into an interview blind.
