It all started when I was pulled over by a policeman who said that my registration had expired. I had proof that I had registration because the insurance company sent me the insurance cards with the six months that I had till it expired. I found out later that Progressive sends the insurance cards to everyone whether you paid or not. I paid the amount that was discussed. Now I have 90 days on probation and PROGRESSIVE will not do ANYTHING for me. I am paying for insurance on cars that are inactive!
PROGRESSIVE also knew the rules and regulations of PA and NEVER said one word about waiting till my suspension is lifted and instead told me that I HAD to sign up for insurance because if I was pulled over without insurance, there would be more problems.
I am sick and tired of talking to the associates and supervisors who will do NOTHING to help me out. I decided that I want to involve the news and put my story on the air so this will not happen to anyone else. If this did happen to you, can you please contact me and tell me how your issue was saved. If there is a lawyer who is willing to help, I am all ears.
