AMLI at Stonehollow has failed to support its residents on numerous occasions.
First they have failed to fix my AC/Heating unit after 7 attempts. This is an ongoing issue and has cost me not only time away from work to discuss the issue with management but has also caused my power bill to go up. The documentation they provided after they worked on it the 7th time informed that there was faulty wiring, parts they new were broken but did not repair, and that they were familiar with how to reapir the issue.
Secondly, the wiring in our bathroom also has had issues. The light switch you to ark causing you to get shocked everyone.
The safety of the property id deplorable. There are numerous individuals that appear to be conducting drug deals.
The maintenance is not qualified to do the Job.
The watershed department from the State of Texas determined that a resident was dumping medical waste into the storm drains.
