LB Property Management
Craig Tice, Brian Theobald LB Property Management violates tenant's rights. The manager enters the unit illegally without asking for permission. This is a violation of California State Law Civil Code 1953. Additionally, LB Prop

As a tenant at 8130 Norton Avenue, a building that LB Property Management of Sherman Oaks, California runs (Craig Tice is the company's COO, Brian James Theobald is an EVP), I was disturbed to witness the property manager, Dusty, entering my unit illegally on numerous occasions. He failed to give me 24 hours notice. He neglected to ever call to ask permission to enter. He walked in on me to show the unit after I had given notice. I had lived in the unit for a little under 2 years, had always paid my rent on time and in full, and this is a gross violation of a tenant's rights pursuant to California State Law, Civil Code 1953. Additionally, LB Property Management caused damage to my property during the time that I lived in this unit and thus far have failed to reimburse me for these expenses. Lastly, hazardous mold grows in the bathroom, the sink overflowed, and the management at LB Property Management is rude and obnoxious.
