Simple Claims Payment Processing Center
Received check for $2,194.00 from New York Road Runners, which is legitimate organization. Said I won sweepstakes

In November I checked the New York Road Runners, and it is a legitimate organization, so the check was forged with their letterhead on the check. The letter was mailed from Canada, but had a Wyomissing, PA address.

I reported it to the Reading, PA Police (which is where Wyomissing is) and to the U.S. Secret Service.
