Regarding JMN Financial Services/JMN Logistics, I received the a bogus sweepstakes letter today (1/3/09). It says I have won $57K and includes a check for $3,988.35. I am supposed to call to "activate" the check.
I checked out google and I found a warning on JMN Logistics' Web Site. JMN Logistics is a legitimate company in Sunset Hills, MO, but this check/offer/sweepstakes are NOT.

Their legitimate company web site details the fraud alert that is being committed against them and Carrollton Bank. There is a number you can call to report that you were a victim.
According to the postmark, this fraud originates out of Canada as it is postmarked from Canada and has a Canadian stamp.
