Finbarr International advertises in such publications as The Sun, Examiner and Enquier.
They advertise books, manuscripts and monograms. One such advertisement they had was entitled The Hand Of God. Their return policy states that if you are not thrilled with the material, simply return it within a 45 day period for a full refund. I ordered the material, I received it Feb. 16. I was not thrilled, I sent it back on Feb. 26. Still to date Finbarr International has not issued a full refund in the amount of $22.99.instead they just sent me another catalog.
