On 8/20, I purchased a mentoring service through International Income Solutions for $10,935.36. On 8/22, I cancelled the service via email and USP mail. This entitled me to a full refund. On or about 8/22, I spoke with Josh J., who assured me that he would process a full refund to my credit card as soon as payment was posted. To date, Mr. J. Has not lived up to his promise and will not return my phone calls. I would appreciate assistance with recovering the $10,935.36 that I am entitled to. Thank you.
