Has refused to pay court ordered child support for his 1st child for almost a year!!! But pays everything for his 2nd child. Refuses to comply with any court order for his daughter, will not pay for only 1/3 of college books, refuses to comply with the judge & maintain court ordered life insurance for his daughter. Moved from Phila. To South Carolina 5 yrs. Did not notify his daughter he was moving. Refused to provide her with a phone # or address. Refuses to acknowledge her for any holidays, or for any of her accomplishments & awards
