Dont order from this company - DVD Series Set 1-6 of NCIS

I ordered a box set of DVD"s here 3 1/2 weeks ago. They promptly charged my credit card but I have seen no product and when I checked the progress on my order, it just says "in process". I sent an E_mail and have had no response. I feel like I've been scammed.
