Lack of customer service Terrible service - DVD Series Set 1 - 5 of NCIS

In Early June We ordered a set of videos that have yet to be delivered (they readily took a credit on our credit card). This company (headquartered in the Netherland Antilles os be VERY Careful) has not responded to ANY of our numerous requests for information.

I would be VERY cautious and suspect in doing any business with these people.
