Tony Dinoso (sp) is starting to wear on me-this guy is a letch - he can't stop drooling at women, and forever putting McGee down! Let alone acting like a 2 year old - how did he ever get into ncis?
I understand there has to be conflicts in tv series, but this guy (writers have gone overboad along with dinoso)
Are the writers enthrawled with his character?
When he is on screen, I avoid watching, and fill in the blanks later.
