I was told that for $79.98 I would receive a phone with 200 minutes, unlimited night, weekend and long distant svc. After three calls, the last being long distant after 8: oopm service was disconnected.
When I called regarding disconnect, I was told that the phone only came with 30 minutes period. I would have to make a payment to have 100 minutes ($48.96).
I asked for a refund and ws told that it would not be done. I asked for my service to be reconnected based on the information I receive from their custome service rep, this was also denied. I was then told to write a letter to the executive officer which I have done.
I would like to keep the phone but I think the way the customer service supervisor spoke to me I would rather have my money back.
Oh yea, two service rep verified that my plan was 200 minutes, unlimited night, weekend and long distant. They supposedly have recorded my conversations but the supervisor doesn't have the authority to review.
