I have only had a dreadful customer support phone with this particular organization. It might be (and that I cannot tell, since there is nothing on my bill with this particular site) that my payment and delivery address were possibly transposed, or anything.
Our bill was placed on store, and on trying to call their customer support to repair the problem, she was extremely rude throughout about the phone, and simply hung-up on me after three minutes
I got simply no helpful info in the phone aside from unwarranted rudeness, and also have never had any encounter such as this before.
