Today at Dominickis, there seems to be no client service without "Customer Support". I store at Dominickis about regular. The shop is just a few blocks from wherever I survive Department and Burling in Chicago. I understand I've options and that I could need to begin touring several additional blocks and find out easily improve support. I needed to obtain a small icecream on my way property from falling my boy residence are his mom's home. There have been numerous purchase items which I observed and that I thought I would aswell choose them up too. Sadly, I forgot to make use of my discount card and also the worker forgot to advise me (we were equally also busy being pleasant). And so I was over-charged about $30.00 on the $67.00 bill. Not a problem, I will simply ask them to repair it before I go out of the shop. No, evidently they'd not or and may not repair the problem without "Customer Support" which had simply shut for that evening. I believed to the Assistant Director (who had been somewhat curt and unimaginative concerning the scenario) that I suppose I really could simply stop payment. Then he insisted that I keep the goods. I quit the shop puzzled, puzzled and out $67.00 and without icecream or goods. I suppose there's no Customer Support today. I'll have to try again tomorrow. Sigh!
