Upon release from federal prison in December after felony conviction for racketeering and extortion, Needle rented the office space from Investments Limited (561.392.8920); it is uncertain whether Investments Limited performs background checks on tenants, they have not responded to inquiries. Needle is supervised by the Special Offender Unit of the United States Probation department over at One Boca Place, yet, in one year from this location Needle solicited under false pretense, defrauded and exploited over 15 freelancers and businesses under his new company Cravings of the Palm Beaches, LLC (Cravings Palm Beach magazine)- Needle has no prior experience in the publishing industry. Four issues of the magazine were published in 2008. There are victims from all four issues; he would hire a new group workers to produce the magazine each issue. As complaints about Needle and the company are mounting; he has stated that he will just "start a new magazine". It is unclear what he has done with the money paid by the advertisers.
