I got caught off guard by almost the same conversation as others have with this company. We have not received any shipment yet, and I have informed all necessary employees not to accept any packages with my name on it and to be skeptical about anything that comes in over the next few days. I was given a phone number. I called the number and could only leave a message. I informed them I wanted to cancel the entire order that was placed earlier today. The shipment would not be accepted if delivery was attempted and we would not be responsible for paying for anything. Is there anything more that can be done?
