Www.PETSTREEMALL.com is an online pet supply company. I bought an electronic device for training my dogs that is usually made by a company called Dogtra. I did this at the advice of a behaviourist I am training under. I placed my order in February.in March, mid-March, the problem was NOT resolved. The continuously gave me to a man named Kendrick who worked there and refused to let me speak to a supervisor.in addition to only being marginally cheaper than the actual Dogtra site, who eventually helped me, they sent me European plugs. When I complained (European electricity is a lot stronger and thus it would take longer to actually charge the devices if they charged completely at all, I was told that though I received TWO charges and several adapters for all 5 chargeable devices, the US version came with only one. I protested, was told they would send another out. Now it is nearly April, still nothing and so I called the brain surgeon Kendrick yet again who told me, "I spoke to our warehouse supervisor and they only come with one plug". I asked to speak to him as I am baffled why the European version would come with two but American with one.
He refused. Finally after threatening I called Dogtra who promptly will be sending by UPS a second plug for USA. They also confirmed ALL 1804NC models come with two plugs.
They will also be investigating the supplier to this company.
Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH www.PETSTREETMALL.com. They are a rip off in the truest sense not to mention rude and completely oblivious as to what their products come with. It has cost me two months in training.
