I purchased a training collar for my dog from Petstreetmall.com (which included free shipping), after discussing it with a representative of the company. The representative was very short with me and as a result I purchased the wrong product. Now that I need to send it back, the company has told me that it will deduct the cost of my (previously) free shipping because I have sent the product back. This is of course in addition to my own cost of returning the product. This is not free shipping. Everything about my interaction with this company was negative. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Petstreetmall.com in the future, unless the company decides to change its approach to customer service.
