Xmbrands has charged me for a service or product I have never received.
I have made numerous calls in the past two months.
I spoke to "Penny" and "Stacy" who would not give me the cancellation number I requested.instead, they said they would send me an e-mail. I verified my address.
I still have not received an e-mail and my credit card company will not remove the charge.
This is a vicious cycle and I don't want to pay for something I don't have! They are "rip-offs" for sure!!
