Problems at 205 Cardinal Drive within the first 2 months or first 70 days of occupancy: Made it very clear to the resident manager before we signed a lease that I had to have something that was very quiet 100% of the time. Was told the area was very quiet and would not have any problems sleeping during the day. Kids are always playing outside in the common area in the back of complex and it is very loud all day long. If you expect quiet, dont live here! Very loud in evenings. Cardinal drive sounds like an expressway with cars zipping up and down the road all day.
