This is a blantant fraud on people that should know better. There is never a charge made to a winner

This so called confirmation from National Awards Advisory Center needs to be investigated by a law enforcement agency. There will be a lot of people who will send in the $19.99 they are asking for as a confirmation fee to be eligible to win a $1,900, 000 prize of a contest that I have never entered and/or heard of.
