Went grocery shopping @ the exact same shop (Kroger), have now been buying/check-writing @ for more than 25 years without incident. Nowadays my check was declined since I had been informed I'd a returned check. I've never had a returned check, but despite my attempting to follow this @ the shop, I used to be passed several to contact "certegy" Was just in a position to achieve a PC-talked reaction informing me I'dnot "returned" a check but my check was declined for "protection/possible fraud factors. What on the planet are they referring to!!
