Charging me for a bill thats not mine

I Dennis Duree, was looking at my credit report and found a bill from p.G.E. That was not mine, my girl friend put a bill in my name, I called p. G&e asked them about acc.#4408258817-7 they told me that the bill was not mine, so i couldnt inquire about it, i then ask them to send me a letter stating that it was not mine, they said they could not do it the bill is a total of 1,625 they also told me the meter was broken, would like them to get this bill off my credit report
