My bill has increased during period of no use. Once the Smart Meter was installed during this time of year my bill would drop since I was not using my air conditioners or heater.
I would like someone to check this and make sure it is working right. I am being billed over 400.00 dollars this month with no use of heavy electricity. I can just imagine what it will be once the air conditioners comes on.
I am retired and can not afford such high electric bills.
