Not only are there cars to high priced they don't run right. I had my car in there shop 6 times and they kept the car a week for two of them.in the frist 6 weeks they would not let me out of the deal nor would they fix the car. Every time i went to break the left turn signal would come on almost causing a wreak twice. But, they said it did that went it rained well why did they not fix it.
They claimed that it passed there six point check and all was well with the car. It still dose it to this day. I still have the car. Not only do i have the car but i also have a judgement aginst me. They wanted me to pay $6,099.00 for a 96 dodge neon, $50.00 fee for doing the paper work, and don't forget there $995.00 ext. Service agreement and the $1.700.00 cash down payment.
They also put a thing in with the thermostat that if the car gets to hot it puts a hold in it and they will not honor any agreements such as the ext. Service agreement. And lord only knows what else these people will do to sell a car. We all need a lawyer to run a add to see just how many of us would come up and put a lawsiut on this company. But, i think it has to be in the main state of the company.
There is one thing that i will ever forget. On the day i had to be in court for my judgement, there was this ederly lady in there as well for the same thing. They tried to tell the judge that they no longer had the car and that she lived on her disabilty. That judge was so cold to her, she told him she no longer had the car and that she had repair bills with that car and he did not care he said that they were not in court about how that car ran or repair bills. And she left that court room crying and a judgement on her as well. I felt so sorry for her but, nothing i could do. It was as if the judge had been bought off. Now, i know that is not true but, it makes you think.
We the people need to stand and be heard on this matter.
