Recieved this letter telling me I had won $250,000.00 in USA Mega sweepstakes, by matching the first five winning numbers (14-23-35-37-19). Also included was a check for $4700.00, to pay taxes on the win. Cash check and send money transfer to their tax agent. The method of payment to the tax agent was Western Union. Letter signature is un readable, but looks nothing like the name in print (Winfred Madison). Check is From NPG Cable, Inc., P.O. Box 47, St. Joseph, MO 64502. Drawn on UMB Bank, NA (no address). Check looks very legit with water marks and all. They are very pleased and excited for me. They then say to make sure I call the claims agent to start my claim and activate my check. Also a form to verify my personel info.
