I was contacted by a guy name Rich from Commercial Training Institute to purchase a bootcamp on March 26-28 for $997.00. I told him I didn't have all of the money at once. He said to pay $500 on the 5th of February when I got paid and they would collect the rest on the 19th my next pay day. I agreed. But I couldn't come up with the $497.00 on the 19th of Feb. I ask them to cancel that date and to work with me until I could get the funds available.instead they pulled on the 22nd of February throwing my account in the red. I found out on the 23rd from my bank and called Commercial Training Institute (CTI) to cancel the entire program on the 24th of February to get my money to cover the bounced checks that were about to hit. That 's when Sonya told me I couldn't get a refund. Because they just pulled the money from my account and that it was my fault that the account went into the red because they had a withdrawal date from me and that's when they with drew so get over it. Then I just said return the $997 to my account. She (Sonya) told me I couldn't get my money back for 90 days and when 90 days hit i would have to submit a request in writing for the cancellation process to even start. A representative, (RIch) never said I had to wait 90 days if I wanted to cancel, nor on their site does it say read the terms and condition of site to see what the cancellation policy was. When I ask for the policy in black and to be faxed to me they have completely ignored all phone calls and emails that I have sent since the 24th of February. Sonya said she would have her supervisor call and waive the 90 day wait and today is the 10th of March and I have not heard from them period. They refuse to work with me to resolve the issue and have no intentions of returning my funds if they can help it. I would appreciate any assistance that you may offer.
