Commercial Training In
No Refund

Commercial Training Institute advertised by Jason Gilbert. Rich, a representative contacted me to take a bootcamp on March 26-28th 2010 for $997.00. I told Rich on the 2nd of February that I could not pay the full amount. He said he would draw $500.00 on the 5th of February which was one pay day and on the 19th of February. I agreed. As the 19th approached I called Rich on the 17th of Feb. To let him know I had not been contacted by anyone about the program and that the 19th wouldn't be a good day for the funds to be withdrawn. Rich told me he would have someone call be back that evening. No one did. I waited through the 18th for someone to call, no one did. Then on the 19th I called to cancel because Rich didn't call back so I could tell him to change the date. They withdrew on the 19th and when they didn't get the $497.00 they with drew again on the 22nd. This threw my account into the red. No one had called me through the 22nd. I called my bank on the 23rd and found my account in the red as the bank paid the $497.00 on the 22nd of Feb. With a $35.00 insufficient funds fee.

I called Commercial training institute to cancel and Sonya Preece told me at that time it would be 90 days before I would see anything that look like a refund. Because after 90 you still have to ask them for your refund. No one explained a 90 cancellation fee and its not posted on the website. I never heard of it until I ask for my money back. First Sonya told me I had to attend the training in California for 1 day and if I didn't like the training I could cancel. I guess that didn't make much sense. Then she came up with the 90 day wait. I ask for her to fax that to me in black and white and I have not heard from her or anyone from the institute. Sonya said she would ask her supervisor if he would waive the 90 dau wait. She came back and said you told us to take the funds, we got the funds, deal with it. I am asking for any assistance I can get and I hope a lot of consumers see this email. Because if you go with Commercial Training Institute (CTI), before warned, due you research. Please if any one can help me get my $997.00 back from these people I would greatly appreciate it. Oh yes, they tried to FedEx a home study course to me on the 5th of March i guess to try and say I had something physical from them, I immediately FedEx it right back to them. This is the kind of stuff you are up against. Help please.
