I purchased a Commercial Millions course with live bootcamp from Morgan Witten-Holiday on October 13 for $697, prior to which Morgan and I had exchanged many phone calls & emails.
Initially I was only interested in the DVDs without the bootcamp, as at that time I had just relocated to Florida from California and told her in no uncertain terms that I was not in any position to travel outside of Florida for the live bootcamp. She said the DVDs without the bootcamp would cost me $200. She repeatedly promised me however that a Commercial Millions bootcamp would be held in Florida sometime late 2009 or early 2010 at the latest, and if I bought the entire package with bootcamp then I would get it for a discounted price of $697 (from $997). She was very persistent with her promise so I bought the whole package with bootcamp for $697.
In April the company held a "Short Sales" bootcamp in Orlando. I asked their office if I could attend this instead and was refused.
In December I contacted their office and spoke with Heather Contreras and Christina Avalos and told them that Morgan made me this promise which has not been fulfilled. Christina told me Morgan no longer worked for the company. This turned out to be a lie. They also told me they would get back to me but never did.
It is now April and upto now there has been no such "Commercial Millions" bootcamp in Florida. I found Morgans direct phone number last month and called her. She was still working for the company. I told her I wanted a refund due to her knowingly making false material representations to induce a sale. She became very defensive, curt, & combative. She told me she would get back to me in 24 hours. She never called back.
(i discovered that the comml training institute is a cloaked nv corp. Whose primary place of business is in ca. And it teaches students how to make millions, but it only has an Authorized Capital Stock Amount of a whopping $5.00. And that the BBB has given it an F rating.)
