A $12.00 charge showed up on my AMEX card from COMPLETE SAVINGS. Not recognizing it I called the telephone number shown on my AMEX billing next to COMPLETESAVING. I got the typical recorded menu requesting identity info about my account upon which I became suspicious.
I then called American Express and explained that I had no idea of what the charge related. AMEX immediately agreed to remove it from my billing. AMEX is the best at addressing these types of issues. I have been with them forever.
Further investigation shows that their are dozens of complaints against COMPLETESAVINGS
