My family has always been very faithful to Disney and all of it's programs ever since the birth of our first daughter.
We opened a Disney Movie Reward account and have been saving our points for many years. We have a large amount of points in the account.
I logged in to update my e-mail address as we had switched to verizon. After inputting the information my account locked at the update. Since then I have been unable to login. It claims it is sending my info to my e-mail address on file - nothing comes to my verizon account which means the system is still sending to my old account.
I have sent 10 e-mails and each time the support staff fails to actually read my e-mail explaining the problem. My account has become completely locked or else since they are sending my info to an e-mail that is no longer mine someone else has just taken over my account.
There is no phone number on their site to call them. I am at my wits end since their support staff fails to actually read my e-mail request for support and then actually take the effort to figure it out.
