United Health & Life (goes by UHL or United Health) was started in 2009 by Jason Myers and Lonny Dorman. They are a telephone based health "insurance agency" offering health care plans nationwide to consumers in nearly all 50 states. DO NOT PURCHASE A PLAN from this company. They have left many consumers across the nation with unpaid claims and refunds not issued. Mr. Dorman is tied to numerous companies listed below that have been under investigation by various states for operating without a valid insurance license, not paying claims, not issuing refunds and misrepresenting their product claiming it is insurance when in fact most of it is not. The state of OKlahoma Insurance Deparment took over their operation in late 2009 and filed numerous legal actions against Mr. Lonny Dorman, Chris Dorman and Patty Dorman who own and operate numerous other healthcare related companies such as Insurance Advisors Inc, Insurance Administration Services and JCE & Associates. UHL is operated by Jason Myers and is based in Texas and works directly with Lonny Dorman and his fraudulent companies.
