I purchased a Solar Security light from China Tronics which did not work as decribed.
I requested a full refund which was aggreed to.
China Tronics advised that they would send me a RMA so that I could return the item.
This never happened so I sent several emails but there was no replies and I still have the useless piece of Junk.
I tried to resolve the matter with PayPal but this was also a waste of time.
